For the characteristics of 0.1-1mm fiberglass materials, tungsten carbide alloy titanium-coated tools (with a lifespan of ≥1500 hours) are equipped, and in combination with the edge alignment correction technology of the laser rangefinder, the dynamic pleat spacing is precisely controlled within ±0.25mm. Integrating MES data interfaces, it synchronizes production data in real time, assisting industries such as medical care and semiconductors in building intelligent filter element production systems.
